Dv Folder Watch – A utility to transfer data and documents into Dv TDM. Dv Folder Watch only works with Dv TDM. It has the ability to import CSV files and match the columns of the CSV file to fields in the Dv TDM database. During the processing of the CSV file Dv Folder Watch can also upload the associated documents to the Dv TDM document repository. Dv Folder Watch has the ability to also process document files without an associated CSV file. Processing of documents can include detection of barcodes in image files and the renaming of the files.
Dv Folder Watch watches a folder and subfolders upon the arrival of documents or CSV file they are processed. Dv Folder Watch can be configured to detect document or CSV file presence at certain time intervals. After configuration Dv Folder Watch application interface can be closed as Dv Folder Watch runs as a service and will automatically start on the reboot of the server or PC.
